PRESENTATION

Specialized in hosting sportswomen and sportsmen, we were keen to create a space for benevolent exchange, sharing, and KIFF for women who love to run. Whatever your leisure or competition practice, whether you were starting out, being a competitor, practicing in a club or alone, needing to gain confidence, progress or a week to set and prepare a goal, this week is designed for women by women & all will find their happiness!

Whether you are looking for performance, pleasure, sensations, overtaking or everything at once, you will be in the right place!

We have formed a team of sportswomen, committed athletes and passionate & exciting to organize this week with little problems 🔥.

It also gives us the chance to talk about everything, without taboos, with all the questions we've always asked ourselves, so we can chat, exchange ideas and get inspired. You'll leave with 1,000 ideas 🥳

- Running sneakers, the coaches said a versatile pair is enough, no trail committed planned in the program If you have 2 pairs, it’s good too, if you ever get your feet wet, it can be useful.

Bike Gear :

We recommend :

- Short and/or long bib
- Short and/or long-sleeved jerseys
- A pair of cuffs
- A thermal jacket

Bike equipment :

- Your bike, of course !
- Helmet (Warning, no helmet, no bike, it’s a threat!)
- Repair equipment (2 air chambers / Multitool / Tire changer)

- Your usual equipment (cans/ anti-friction cream/ sunglasses or bicycle glasses/ GPS meter...).

Swimming gear & equipment :

- A swimsuit, cap & glasses
- Platelets
- The pool will make available to us board and pull, but if you have your favorite pull you can take it

Other accessories & goodies :

- Suit for practicing sports on mats (yoga, stretching, renfo...)
- Outfit to practice other sports if desired (running, cycling, hiking...)
- Your bike if you wish, we have a bike store and our frame is crazy to ride 💙
- Comfortable clothing for calm weather (herbal teas/ meals/ conferences). Pyjama party, the hotel is nothing but us, the pilous-pilous are welcome.
- A pajama (to share your room with your future super roommate)
- Your usual refuelling before, during and after the sport if you are used to it for 5 days: we plan a breakfast, lunch and meal, but no snack, snacks, refuelling on the bike etc...

- A gourd/bottle of water for community life
- Your favorite cup for the tea bar. Each its own cup, it’s like at home ❤️
- A pair of large socks or slippers to walk around the building and feel like home, while keeping your toes warm.
- A shawl/ plaid/ light blanket, warm socks for relaxation times, conferences, and quiet times: we said pilou-pilou.
- A headlamp, if yes, it always works! 😌
- Think of your toilet kit soaps, toothbrush etc, we do not have individual products on site 🙈

What we recommend :

- Hand laundry - Cloths are available on site

- Bed linen and toilet will be at your disposal on arrival

A whatsapp group is always set up on courses so that you can come together 🥳

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

You can arrive at any time on the day. The room will be ready at 3pm.

On the day of departure, you can enjoy the site all day, but the room must be vacated by 10 am.
