ARE WE REALLY BY THE LAKE ?

Yes, the hotel is located right by the water.

The campsite is on the hill overlooking the lake, and there are 200 meters between the pitches and the beach.

 

ARE DOGS ALLOWED ?

Dogs are allowed at the campsite but must be kept on a leash, with an additional fee of €3.30 at the campsite and €6 at the hotel.

They are not allowed in the restaurant.

 

WHAT ARE THE POOL HOURS ? IT IS HEATED ?

The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. It is closed in bad weather.

It is heated between 24 and 27°C during the season (July-August), but since the establishment is located at 1000m altitude, the temperatures can vary between the beginning and end of the day.

 

WHAT ARE THE ESTABLISHMENT'S OPENING HOURS ?

All common areas are open from 8 am. to 10 pm.

At the reception, we welcome you from 8 am. to 12 pm. and from 2 p.m. to 6 pm.

We are reachable 24/7 at 04 66 69 29 62.

 

CAN I RESERVE THE RESTAURANT DIRECTLY ON-SITE ? 

I don't need to plan my stay in advance, I can easily book my restaurant on-site.

However, in July and August, it is very busy, so if I want to dine at my preferred time, it's best to make a reservation upon arrival.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED ?

We accept :

• Cash,
• Checks made out to "Les Terrasses du Lac",
• ANCV holiday vouchers with no limit,​​
• Visa, Mastercard, and Amex credit cards.

 

CAN I BOOK ONLINE AND PAY WITH HOLIDAY VOUCHERS OR CASH ?

When booking, 30% will be automatically deducted from your credit card. The balance is to be paid on-site, and you can pay however you wish.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY IN INSTALLMENTS ?

Yes, you can send different payment checks with the mention "DO NOT CASH BEFORE [DATE]" on the back.

 

WHAT ARE THE BOOKING CONDITIONS ?

We require a 30% deposit of the total stay amount at the time of booking.

WHAT IS THE TOURIST TAX ?

The tourist tax is a local tax added to your stay invoice.

It is payable for everyone over 7 years old and is 40 cents per day per person for chalets and camping, and 50 cents at the hotel.

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY RESERVATION CONFIRMATION, IS THAT NORMAL ?

Confirmation emails are sent automatically, but unfortunately, they often end up in SPAM, so check the corresponding folder !

 

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION TERMS ?

The cancellation and refund terms are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which you can find HERE.

WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK INTO MY ACCOMMODATION ? 

Keys will be handed to you at 3 pm.

For the campsite, you can arrive and access your pitch from 12 pm.

For all our guests, all our services (pool, kids' club, picnic area, etc.) are available to you from the morning if you arrive early.

 

WHAT TIME MUST I LEAVE MY ACCOMMODATION ?

Keys must be returned before 10 am.

For the campsite, they must be returned before 12 pm.

For all our guests, all our services (pool, kids' club, picnic area, etc.) remain open to you after the official departure time.

 

HOW CAN I ACCESS THE ESTABLISHMENT ?

By car or by train from Langogne station.

 

WHERE CAN I DO MY SHOPPING ?

There is an Intermarché and a Carrefour Contact in Langogne (3 km away).

 

WHERE CAN I GET GAS ?

There is a Total gas station, a station at Carrefour, and another at Intermarché, all in Langogne.

 

CAN I PARK NEXT TO THE HOTEL ?

Yes, the hotel is surrounded by a free parking lot, under your responsibility.
