🧘🏻♀️ Yoga with AUDELINE : Traditional yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is primarily taught in southern India. It is a dynamic form of yoga where each breath leads to a movement, and we will practice the first series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The postures are identical and always practiced in the same order to immerse oneself in the practice and in one’s body, fostering an engaged and meditative experience.
Ashtanga Yoga is characterized by the sequence of postures (Asanas) synchronized with Ujjayi breathing, a thoracic breath associated with various points of concentration in the body. The postures follow each other quite rapidly.
This yoga is initially a very comprehensive physical practice, gradually becoming a path of introspection as the practitioner gains experience. Kathleen - Yoga Vinyasa / Iyengar teacher
Kathleen is a medical specialist and discovered yoga more than 20 years ago. She has long practiced the Vinyasa yoga as a student before training as a teacher at Studio Zen, according to the school of Gérard Arnaud, Paris. She worked with postural alignment with Christian Pisano and Stéphane Lalo, both disciplines of BKS Iyengar in India. The practice of asanas accompanied by breathing, leads through the body to the awakening of consciousness. It is with joy that Kathleen will pass on the yoga in its physical and spiritual dimensions.
Audeline ESCANDE - Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
I discover yoga in India at the age of 20 during a trip to India, I feel all its power but it took me to advance in life to fully experience it.
Yoga has accompanied and supported me in strong moments of life: pregnancy and childbirth, mourning and other contingencies. It is in 2015 that I meet ashtanga vinyasa yoga and the power hitherto anticipated is fully revealed to me!
A first training in 2 years, allowed me to deepen the understanding of postural practice but I wanted to go further. Attracted by the search for meaning and understanding, I chose to integrate the school of training Ashtanga sadhana with Arnaud Kancel, training in 4 years, rich and valuable of correct teachings. Since then, I have been studying the different aspects of yoga: spirituality, asana and pranayama but also practice yoga nidra and mantra singing.
Accompanying and understanding the human has always been a priority for me ( I am a social worker training), thanks to yoga I can go further. For 3 years, I also accompany in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Looking forward to meet you on the carpets and in life !
Christine ROUSSEL - Yoga Hatha Teacher
Yoga teacher in the lineage of Krishnamacharya and Yoga-therapist in hospital, Christine will guide you gradually (vinyassa) in a practice of soft and tonic postures (Sthira/ Sukhà), accompanying you daily in a work of refocusing and opening to the moment, which Yoga invites us.
The practice supported by the exploration of the breath, will be oriented towards Pranàyamà ( exercises of regulation and deepening of the Breath ). His experience as a nurse and therapist will shed light on the necessary adjustments and specific virtues on the Health, stress regulation, anxiety.
An awareness of the Yoga of Sound will be proposed, in order to experience meditative silence differently than the sharing of vibrations augurs.
Time exchanges (Sat-Sang) on the philosophy of Yoga will take place every day to feed our practice.
Finally, a practice of Yoga-nidra or Great Yogic relaxation will be guided at the end of the day to awaken this work of interiority and sensory listening.
Cristine SANCHIS - Sat Nam - Kundalini Yoga teacher
Inspired by the subtle worlds, I met Kundalini Yoga in 2004, following a training in Ayurvedic massage.
I immediately feel guided by these teachings and their effects in my body, in my heart, in my Being, in my life! As my call grew stronger, I chose to become a teacher in 2011.
Since then, I have been sharing these teachings and continuing to train myself and explore the treasures that this wonderful practice offers in order to spread them.
Then in parallel, I am a formation of sacred numerology (Karam Kriya) for 4 years. Numerology is an approach, a guidance of life through the vibration of numbers, their essences, their impacts, their dynamics at the personal and universal level. Karam Kriya makes us aware of our patterns of repetition and the behaviors that support them in order to heal and release them. It helps us to develop our conscious communication, an invitation to recognize and be who we really are.
These two teachings make me meet the incarnate Sacred and I am delighted to share them during courses, consultations, internships so that each human being can meet his true nature, his authentic being, his light and offer it to humanity.

Iyengar yoga teacher (Hatha yoga), and nurse working in psychiatric setting, I was able to measure the beneficial effects of yoga on patients, mental, emotional, physical state.
My approach is distinguished by the precision of adjustments and listening to sensations that occur with the help of the media used. This yoga seeks the alignment of the body that allows the breath to travel freely. Supports are also a valuable aid in posture adjustment for people with a particular problem.

Originally trained at the Yoga Ashram Sivananda in Orleans, I enriched my practice and teaching by a senior deepening, the A.P.O.R De Gasquet method, a knowledge of YIN Yoga and a complement Do In. Currently in training of Nidra Yoga. All this is infused into the Yoga sessions that I share with you.
Théodore "Aurus" ZACHÉE -Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
A passionate yogi and former elite athlete, Théodore found in yoga a path for personal transformation and healing. Coming from a background in basketball training centers, he discovered yoga during his rehabilitation period, marking the beginning of an exceptional journey.
Beyond the borders of Paris, Théodore extends his teachings across Europe and into India. His humble vision of yoga, shaped by over 500 hours of training, embraces various cultures to provide an enriching experience for his students.

Françoise URBAN - Energy Yoga Teacher
Born in 1956, I discovered yoga at the age of 16. Following this pivotal encounter, yoga became a significant part of my life starting in 1982. I have been teaching yoga since 1986. I graduated from the École du Yoga de l'Énergie in Évian (1988), where I had the incredible opportunity to learn from Roger Clerc. I continued my advanced training at the Académie du Yoga de l'Énergie in Évry, followed by further training with Boris Tatsky, and was a student of both Roger Clerc and T.K.V. Desikachar.
Affiliated with the National Federation of Yoga Teachers, I participate in congresses and continuing education weeks every year, which has allowed me to explore various teachings. Today, I conduct nine weekly classes in different venues in the Saint-Julien-en-Genevois region (74), as well as offer workshops and retreats.
I am also interested in health in all its aspects and everything related to stress management in daily life. I value sharing in authenticity, enjoying nature, and music, and I encourage practices that connect to everyday life. As a mother of two and grandmother of four, I am continually in awe of life.

Philippe JACQUET - Therapist
After a long career as a physical education teacher, I trained in 2003 in Touch-Based Help with Jean-Louis Abrassart. This psychosomatic approach reinstates the importance of the body by combining physical and energetic touch with verbal psychotherapy tools.
It primarily relies on the quality of presence and allows for the release of bodily tensions, cellular memory, and emotional blockages while revitalizing the flow of vital energy.
