We offer workshops for all levels. Beginners, amateurs or yoga afficionados, we offer you to discover and re-explore your practice with a common objective: to recharge your batteries and take time for yourself.

Naturopath on the path of Yoga, Christine will accompany us towards a warm and vegetal energy diet, making the link between the different culinary cultures. Energise and purify your body with advice on lifestyle and recipes that you will discover, make and of course taste.

With a contagious good mood, Christine will introduce you to her vibrantly energetic cuisine to bring awareness to what we consume and regain vitality.

 

DISCOVER CHRISTINE

Christine ROUSSEL - Yoga teacher

Yoga teacher in the Krishnamacharya tradition and Yoga therapist in a hospital environment, Christine will guide you progressively (vinyassa) in a practice of soft and tonic postures (Sthira / Sukhà), accompanying you daily in a work of centering and opening to the moment, to which Yoga invites us.

The practice, supported by the exploration of the breath, will be oriented towards Pranàyamà (exercises of regulation and deepening of the breath). Her experience as a nurse and therapist will shed light on the necessary adjustments and specific virtues for health, stress regulation and anxiety.

An awareness of the Yoga of Sound will be proposed, with the aim of experiencing in a different way the meditative Silence that the sharing of vibrations implies.

There will be daily exchanges (Sat-Sang) on the philosophy of Yoga to nourish our practice.

Finally, a practice of Yoga-nidra or Great Yogic Relaxation will be guided at the end of the day, to awaken this work of interiority and sensory listening.
