Specialising in welcoming sportswomen and sportsmen, we wanted to create a place where women who love triathlon could meet, share ideas and have fun. Whether you're a beginner or a competitor, whether you're in a club or on your own, whether you're looking to build your confidence, make progress or just need a week to set and prepare a goal, this week has been designed for women by women & there's something for everyone!

Whether you're looking for performance, pleasure, thrills, a challenge, or all at once, you'll be in the right place!

We've put together a team of sportswomen, committed women and passionate athletes to organise this week to perfection 🔥.

FOR INFORMATION, HERE IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE FIRST EDITION IN 2024. THE 2025 SCHEDULE IS UNDERWAY 🚴🏻‍♀️

IN YOUR SUITCASE

What is compulsory :

A trifunction

For the rest, plan for short and long, hot and cold. The team's instructions are clear: pack enough for the onion, layers, layers, layers... and we'll see when we get there.

Cycling gear :

We recommend :

- Short and/or long shorts
- Short- and/or long-sleeved jerseys
- A pair of cuffs
- A thermal jacket

Short of something ? Take a look at https://www.wilma.cc/. A 100% women's cycling equipment brand, French, European and responsible production, a committed and innovative team, BREF is our ultimate favourite for cycling.

Bicycle equipment :

- Your bike, of course!
- Helmet (no helmet, no bike, it's a menace!)
- Repair equipment (2 inner tubes / Multitool / Tyre levers)
- Red rear light
- Your usual equipment (water bottles / anti-chafing cream / sunglasses or goggles / GPS meter...).

Running clothing :

- Running clothes
- For those who run short distances all year round, you should still bring layers for warming up, a jumper, kway, sleeves... for jogging...
- Running trainers, the coaches have said that one all-purpose pair is enough, as no trail running is planned. If you have 2 pairs, that's good too, in case your feet get wet, they can come in handy.

Swimwear and equipment :

- Swimming costume, hat & goggles
- Pads and elastics
- The pool will provide us with a board and jumper, but if you have your own favourite jumper you can bring it along.

Other accessories & goodies :

- A windbreaker & waterproof jacket or a magic jacket that does both
- Your usual warm equipment (choker - socks - overshoes - hat or earmuffs...).
- Gloves, several models are welcome, small ones for running, big cuddly ones for cycling... 😇
- A bib belt because you'll be able to work with it, and you'll need one for your next races anyway 😉
- Quick laces, if you have them? 🔥
- Your cardio belt if you have one ❤️
- Clothing for mat sports (yoga, stretching, renfo...)
- Comfortable clothing for quiet times (herbal teas / meals / conferences). Pyjama party, the hotel is all ours, pilous-pilous are welcome.
- Pyjamas (to share your room with your great future triathlete flatmate)
- Your usual refreshments before, during and after the sport if you're used to them for 5 days: we're planning breakfast, lunch and a meal, but no snacks, snacks, refreshments on the bike etc...- A water bottle for communal living
- Your favourite mug for the herbal tea bar. Each to their own, it's like being at home ❤️
- A thick pair of socks or slippers to get around the building and feel at home, while keeping your toes warm.
- A shawl/blanket/light blanket and warm socks for relaxation, lectures and quiet times: we say ‘pilou-pilou’.
- A headlamp, yes yes, it's always useful! 😌
- Don't forget your toiletries kit (soap, toothbrush, etc.), as we don't have any individual products on site 🙈

What we recommend :

- Hand washing - drying racks are available on site
- Spare change for coffee breaks, snacks, etc. during outings
- Swimming costume - Sun cream (we said 1000m altitude😎)

- Bed linen and towels will be provided on arrival.

- PS: Have you forgotten something ? Don't worry, we're just a stone's throw from the town centre, so you can do all your shopping.
