Ride fun, share & progress: Whatever your current practice and your level of cycling, this holiday is open to all and will offer different animations for everyone to find fun on and next to the bike 🥰
PRESENTATION
Specialized in the reception of sportswomen and sportsmen, we were keen to create a space for benevolent exchange, sharing, and KIFF for women who love cycling. Whatever your practice, whether you were new, competitive, driving in a club or alone, needing to gain confidence, progress or a week to set and prepare a goal, this week is designed for women by women & all will find their happiness!
Bike ride, touring bike, bikepacking, competition bike, triathlon, vélotaff, bicycle passion, every woman his freedom to pedal 🥳
We have formed a team of sportswomen, women engaged in female cycling to organize this week at the end 🔥.
The speakers, maps and workshops are diverse and varied to meet all your goals.

It also gives us the chance to talk about everything, without taboos, with all the questions we've always asked ourselves, so we can chat, exchange ideas and get inspired. You'll leave with 1,000 ideas 🥳

This program is indicative and varies and adapts to the group, the weather, the desires & whims of the group 🤩

IN YOUR SUITCASE
What is compulsory :
Cycling outfits - The joys of the mid-range mountains, plan for short and long outfits.
We recommend :
- Short cycling shorts
- One pair of long shorts or a second pair of short shorts + leggings or one pair of short shorts + warm leggings to pull over them (Claire's tip).
- Two short-sleeved jerseys
- A pair of cuffs
- A thermal jacket
- A windbreaker & waterproof jacket or a magic jacket that does both
- Your usual warm gear (choker - gloves - socks - overshoes - hat or earmuffs...).

Bicycle equipment :
- Your bike, of course !
- Helmet (no helmet, no bike, it's a menace !)
- Repair equipment (2 inner tubes / Multitool / Tyre levers)
- Red rear light
- Your usual supplies on the bike for 5 days
- Your usual equipment (water bottles / anti-chafing cream / sunglasses or goggles / GPS meter...).
- For the GPS counters, we will send you a link a few days before the course with all the routes to download them.
Other outfits :
- Sportswear for other sessions (yoga / stretching / PPG / walking / jogging for those who wish...)
- Comfortable clothing for quiet times (herbal teas / meals / conferences). Pyjama party, the hotel is all ours, pilous-pilous are welcome.
- Pyjamas (to share your room with your great future cycling flatmate)
Other accessories & goodies :
- A water bottle for communal living
- Your favourite mug for the herbal tea bar. Each to their own cup, just like at home
- A thick pair of socks or slippers to get around the building and feel at home, while keeping your toes warm.
- A shawl/blanket/light blanket and warm socks for relaxing and quiet times: we said pilou-pilou.
- A headlamp - it's always useful!
- Don't forget your toiletries kit (soap, toothbrush, etc.), as we don't have any individual products on site.
What we recommend :
- Hand washing - drying racks are available on site
- Spare change for coffee breaks, snacks, etc. during outings
- A swimming costume
- Sun cream (we said 1000m altitude)
- Bed linen and towels will be provided on arrival.
- PS : Have you forgotten something? Don't worry, we're just 2 steps from the town centre, so you can do all your shopping.

You can arrive at any time on the day. The room will be ready at 3pm.
On the day of departure, you can enjoy the site all day, but the room must be vacated by 10 am.
